I love almost everything about the Holidays! I enjoy time with family and friends, sharing memories and the like. But, I have to admit that part of my excitement about the Holidays comes from knowing all kinds of amazing food is going to be waiting for me! Especially dessert! Check out these awesome fast and easy dessert crockpot recipes and having your family and friends coming back for more! I’ve tried number 4 already and it was SOOOO good! 1) Crockpot Cheesecake with Oreo Cookie Crust – I love oreos! I also love cheesecake, so I’ve been eyeing this recipe for a while now! Enjoy this easy recipe for an amazing dessert!
What you’ll need:
3- 8oz. packages cream cheese softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
5 tbsp. butter (melted)
2 cups Oreo cookies crushed
Crisco, coconut oil, or nonstick spray
2) CROCKPOT PEANUT BUTTER CUP CAKE – The name says it all! I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! If you do too, check out this awesome recipe for one amazing cake!
What you’ll need:
Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup water
3 eggs
½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup butter, softened
½ cup chocolate-flavored syrup
Toppings
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavored syrup
20 miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cup candies, unwrapped and cut in half
3) Crockpot Brownie Pudding – Ok, I’m getting very hungry. If you have seen recipes for Brownie Pudding before, you need to stop putting it off and actually make this one! It’s really simple and serves 8-10 people. Make some for your next holiday party!
What you’ll need:
1 box Brownie Mix (approximately 18 ounces, get the 9×13 pan size)
Eggs, water, and oil called for on the brownie mix box
1 package (about 3.9 ounces) instant chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding mix
2 cups milk (regular or nonfat)
Ice cream or whipped cream for serving, optional
4) Crockpot Peach Cobbler – This is a great recipe if you are running behind and need something delicious in a hurry. Plus, everyone pretty much likes Peach Cobbler. Add some ice cream on the side and you’ll be set!
What you’ll need:
1 box ready made Pillsbury pie crusts, frozen
3 – 29 ounce cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup butter, melted
additional sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on each layer
5) Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole – If you love Cinnamon Rolls, you owe it to yourself to try this recipe! I am!
What you’ll need:
2 12 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls cut into quarters- divided
4 eggs
½ cup whipping cream
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
